Arc International plays a role in preventing dependency and in fighting against tobacco addiction, alcoholism and so-called ‘soft’ drugs, in work places in France for the moment.    

Finally the Group is committed to refusing all kinds of discrimination (religious, sexual, racial, among others). These actions are also being deployed in other parts of the world.
 

Arc International has defined a policy in favour of disabled workers. The objective is to maintain the employment of people with medical limitations.       
Disablement does not hamper productivity if a person who has health problems is working in a suitably adapted job situation. Consequently, a medical reclassification unit was created in France and is being considered for the Group’s other organisations.
