Production starts with the creation of products, which takes place in three stages: creation of the shape, the model and the mould :

1. Creation of the shape

The perfecting of any new item depends on the different skills involved in creating the product, designing the item and making the mould. Thanks to our creative and skilled employees as well as our advanced techniques, several hundreds of new products are created each year. The creative phase, just like the technical processes, has changed a lot and now uses computer-assisted production, 3D models and automated manufacturing of test-moulds

2. Creation of the model

In anticipating current trends, the designers work with the product managers to design original models. The first sketches then lead to the making of a resin model which makes it possible to visualise the future product.

The model is then sent to the technical departments which design the moulds.

3. Creation of moulds

Different processes are used: lathing, milling, electro-erosion, fitting and polishing. The quality of the shaped items depends directly on the moulds.
